Welcome to Writing in the Bones of Our Ancient Mothers

From the beginning,
We have been with you.
We are the ancient ones
And we remember.

We say listen.
We are the bones of your grandmother’s grandmothers.
We have returned now.
We say you cannot forget us now
We say we are with you and you are us.
Remember
Remember.

~Patricia Reis, The Ancient Ones~

My expertise as a guide and space holder is not to teach you how to write. You already know how to do that. My expertise is to make you feel empowered & inspired, seen & heard so you can trust your voice, your confidence and your pen to write the stories ought to be told.

~Walk like you have thousands of ancestors behind you~

Walking. I am listening to a deeper way. Suddenly all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands.

~Linda Hogan~

Beloved Wordsmiths of the Soul,

For the next twelve weeks, we shall travel  in a capsule of culture and time. Twelve women stand at the edge of history. Shield-maidens, rulers, rebels. Their voices whisper through time. Will you listen?

This writing atelier is a meeting place—a space where your past and present merge, where your forgotten voice is unearthed, where your stories long buried rise from the depths. As we honor these twelve ancient mothers, you will also honor yourself through the way you allow your stories to meet the ancient bones of our Mothers.

So, wordsmiths of the soul, take up your quill. Let’s make magic together. Let’s excavate. Let’s heal. Let’s tell stories to each other. And after twelve sessions together, you will find that you are no longer the same person you were before we began our journey together.

The transformation will be so profound.

When you enter the sacred space of a writing atelier I always intend to meet your Higher Self. In this space, we leave behind anything that the world might put on your shoulders and we enter this place as Free Women. Unlabeled. Sovereigns. Self-Ruled. Dogma free. Heart open to the possibilities.

And you will write, sister.

You will witness other women’s story and you will be witnessed and held with the utmost respect, love and a deep knowing that you are above all that you have been told, all the shackles that were ever put on you.

Together, we re-enter your stories.

We kneel down to your sacred site, your life. We ask our Ancient Mothers to kneel with us and shows us how to clean the bones of the stories ought to be told.

With each session, we will step into their worlds, walking beside them as they defied kings, led revolutions, healed the wounded, and ruled with wisdom and fire. We will explore the sacred landscapes they once called home—the windswept fjords of the North, the emerald isles of the Celts, the wild mountains of the Balkans—drawing from their surroundings the raw essence of their power.

Through guided visualizations and writing prompts, we will unearth the untold, embracing our own narratives with the same fearless conviction they carried. We will write to feel and embody in our bones the stories that make us who we are, to step into sacred that lives within us, shaping our own journeys and how we use our unique voice to ennoble humanity.

I see writing as an act of invocation.

As we remember their lived lives, we are also awakening something deep within ourselves. An initiation into standing tall. Standing up. Standing up for yourself as our ancient mothers did.

What have we inherited from these foremothers?

What silent legacies run through our blood?

What stories of resistance and resilience live within us, waiting to be told?

And by the end of it, when you step away from this journey, you will not just know these women’s stories—you will have rewritten your own.

This Writing Atelier is a space to:

♦ Reclaim your voice through the wisdom of ancient women.
♦ Awaken forgotten stories buried within your lineage.
♦ Stand in your power by walking alongside queens, warriors, priestesses, and rebels.
♦ Write your truth with the fire and resilience of those who shaped history.

Through the legacies of Viking, Celtic, and Balkan women, we will:
♦ Unearth the wisdom of fierce and visionary women.
♦ Grasp how they endured, resisted, and ruled with unwavering courage.
♦ Discover how their stories ignite a powerful spark within us today.
♦ Craft our own truths, inspired by their resilience and fiery spirit.

Can you imagine?

♦ Walking the sacred landscapes of the past, not as an outsider, but as one who belongs.
♦ Feeling the pulse of history as you write your own narrative, entwined with theirs.
♦ Breaking free from silence, as your words rise like waves—strong, relentless, undeniable.

With each session, you will step into the lives of twelve extraordinary women—ancient mothers, leaders, mystics, warriors, and change-makers.

Their footsteps will guide your pen, their courage will light your way & their voices will amplify your own.

On a personal note…

Oh, sisters… I have no words to describe my excitement, my joy of sharing this writing atelier with you. I love all my writing ateliers with all my heart. But this one flows straight from the passion of my heart and soul. From my deep interest in history, archaeology and Viking stories.

Exploring the stories of these amazing women make me feel alive.  As I kneel at the sacred sites where our ancient mothers walked, loved, and lost—where they became legends now speaking to us through our very bones everything in me awakens, and the fragrance of their stories finds its way into my veins and blood.

Come with me, sisters. Let’s speak words of love and kindness and forgiveness to our lineage. Let’s put our ear close to the ground and feel their steps caressing the earth. Let’s open our hearts to the messages echoing through the ages. These are ancient stories, but their meaning is no different today than it was back in the iron age.

As a young girl wandering the enchanting landscapes of my home country of Romania, I meandered through ancient ruins, gathering Roman coins left by an empire that faded into the mists of time. Running my fingers over their weathered edges, I felt the profound weight of history nestled in my palm. These small artifacts whispered tales of lives once lived, voices now silenced, and legacies yearning to be rediscovered. That sense of wonder has never waned. My passion for history and archaeology has only deepened—to the extent that my work has become Archaeology for the Woman’s Soul.

This writing atelier is a manifestation of that fervor. I have spent many, many happy hours unearthing these stories so I can invite you to walk alongside these remarkable women—to uncover the echoes of their strength resonating within your own journey. Because in a world where patriarchy still strives to stifle the Feminine Voice, we must awaken our ancient mothers to guide us toward the future.

I have never met a woman that cannot write.

I have never met a woman that does not heal & find her Voice in a Writing Atelier with other Soul Deep Women.

My Approach to Writing

I don’t know how to work on writing. I just write.

First, I investigate the substance of my soul.
I sit with my wounds and injuries and reject all labels and name calling.

I free myself of imposed social and cultural dogma.
I give myself permission to feel the depths of my emotions.
I enter through poetic crevices of my heart. Everything I encounter is ink in my pen.
I unfold.
I light myself on fire. I burn on the altar of creativity.
I remember who I am.

And then.
I begin to write.

Not to become better. But myself!

~Corina Andronache~

Why Do We Write?

Writing is a door to communicate with our deepest thoughts in a way that honors our path and experiences. These thoughts, these longings, our humanness and our ability to survive and thrive.

In its very soul, writing is a worshiping act, knelling down to our holy site and digging through layers of emotional sediment collecting dust for far too long. It is a time of reframing the hurt and the wounding.

A time to deconstruct and reconstruct.

We write to embody the storyteller dwelling within. We are made up of stories as the world at large is also made up stories. And writing together, we hope to create common stories that bind us together. Stories that help us make the soul of the world. Stories that awaken us to kindness, compassion and generosity of spirit.

Writing is an opportunity to integrate rather than reject hidden aspects of our stories. The stories that fear being exposed and discarded. Because nothing is to be castoff. Every story has wisdom to teach and guide up on our present path.

We write to practice acceptance in living and writing. We write to accept ourselves when we stare at the blank page and when we don’t know how to move forward when life becomes unbearable.

To celebrate freedom and liberation from restrictive patterns in life and writing. There is no need to rhyme in writing or life. To be messy on paper is as perfect as being messy in our inner world.

But, if you wish to create harmony and congruence in your world, writing and arranging words in a certain way will wire your nervous system in magical ways to help be more orderly within and without. This is needed when your soul pulls you to consciously aim towards a desired goal.

Some stories are so sacred that you can only bow to them. Clean the bones and let them rest where they may, just like the sacred bones of the Dachau victims were allowed to rest were they laid for the past eight decades without being put in a museum.

These bones, these stories of shame and guilt are not to be discarded. They are remembering posts. Stories that tell where you were, but not where you’re going. These stories are memorials of the selves that lived with different values and beliefs that are now part of the past.

We also write to show respect to the parts of us that survived. These parts are to be honored, acknowledged and given their proper place in the archaeology of our souls.

We write to becoming more trusting. To love ourselves more. Not to become better. But to become ourselves.

I feel proud of the pieces I created in Ink & Essence Writing Atelier, and feel more confident to access these writing states moving forward, too. Corina holds such a deep and potent s pace, her generous soul essence of care, nurture, and truly, truly seeing you is a beautiful thing; it is her gift, and in turn I received such a gift in the mirror she held up for me. The connection with the other women baring their souls is so wonderful too. I highly recommend a writing atelier with Corina!

Corina created a beautiful space for us to explore and once the stage was set my writing came easy, as if something was unlocked. She took care of each of us in class and brought out our best versions, our deep versions. It was truly a magical experience coming together to write and share in real time. It was a time to heal, to gain wisdom, and it certainly empowered me to write from the heart.”

Rachelle Wheatley-Canada

For decades, I’d been drawn to writing, yet had remained stuck, blocked, and unmotivated. When Corina posted her online course offering, I felt an inexplicable pull to sign up for the atelier. This course was the catalyst that helped me break free. Through the utilization of the enneagram as a lens, I gained profound insight into the stories I’d been telling myself. This course has been a gift that keeps on giving, offering a depth of healing, compassion, and soul connection that I feel blessed to have experienced. I’m eternally grateful to Corina and the talented writers who came together to make this soul excavation possible. Corina masterfully crafted a safe, nurturing environment, allowing wisdom and stories to flow forth effortlessly. I eagerly anticipate continuing to uncover my deepest stories through Corina’s future offerings. Thank you to Corina, and all the other soul-deep ladies from around the globe who participated, for this transformative and powerful journey. Your medicine was well-received!

“I was fortunate enough to be in Ink & Essence Writing Atelier with Corina , and found the space where my soul can speak it true essence. It’s given me confidence and courage to write what wants to come out –rather than what I think others want to hear. You can not know what others need, you just trust that the message you have have will touch some, move some, and heal some. It’s healing me, and it allows my wisdom to move in the world, which gives my life meaning. I will follow you always. I appreciate all your encouragement, could not have got there without you! We are all talented, its a matter of finding our truth I feel.”
